Do consuming fruits help in reducing fat? How does eating fruits help in losing body fat? Can eating fruits be considered as a weight loss method?

Yes, fruits are good to reduce fat.

Each fruit is mother nature's nutrient-rich gift packed with vitamins, fiber and antioxidants. Fruits are low in calorie and high in fiber which helps you to reduce fat.

Eating fruits alone can't be considered as a weight loss method as you have to maintain overall fat and calorie inputs.
